Jason Postill, oversees all aspects of strategic planning and company operations at JP Capital Solutions. Some of Mr. Postill’s direct responsibilities include the oversight and implementation of acquisitions, due diligence, property/asset management, debt placement and maintaining broker and investor relations.

Previous to founding JP Capital Solutions in 2017, Mr. Postill worked for a Publicly traded Commercial Real Estate investment brokerage that transacts over $46B+ annually where he acquired assets and disposed of commercial properties more specifically in the multifamily and apartment sector for investors spread throughout various major U.S. metros.

Additionally, Jason Co-founded MHCI Group with his business partner Tyler in 2019, who have strategically expanded the company's holdings to over$70M,  2,000+ units across 26 Communities. This impressive growth has positioned MHCI Group as the largest private owner of Mobile Home Communities in Arkansas and Top 100 Owner in the United States.

Jason comes from a professional sports background, where he played professional baseball for 5
years before having his first daughter and entering into the real estate investment field. Studied at the University of West Florida where he majored in Business and led his baseball team to win their first NCAA National Championship in school history.
